Grace young adults
Purpose, Clarity and Passion--These are terms that seem to have escaped many young adults today. But at Grace Fellowship Church our mission is simple.. to make disciples. So whether you are ready to go and change the world and need some training and support or you are just wanting to check out who this man named Jesus truly is, we invite you to join us at Grace.
There are two programs at Grace for young adults (those leaving college until the age of 30).
I. Our college ministry focuses on those who are in college, either in the area or have gone away to school. During the summer months and major breaks, such as Christmas, there are fellowship times and weekly gatherings that are designed with College students in mind. We also have a weekly email with thoughts, reactions and insights to the news of the day and the searchings of the heart as well as a webpage that is just for college.
II. Our Young Adult Singles group meets throughout the year with a focus on the issues of today’s culture and God’s Word that impact the under 30 crowd. A weekly email update goes out to this group to keep you in the loop.
Meetings:
We offer two regular meetings each week, these are for both college and young adult singles. Seasonal College meetings are announced separately
- The Sunday Conversation: Meet in the big room in the Discipleship Center, Sundays at 10:30 AM for fun, fellowship, and study. For more information, contact Matt or call 404/518-7992.
- Thursday Nights at YWAM-- 7:00 P.M. We gather at the Youth with a Mission Southeast Headquarters each week to eat, worship, hang out, play volleyball, swim and study the Word. Guests include Grace pastors and Headquarters teachers. This gathering is hosted by John and Susan Crayton. It meets at 4150 Beaver Road Loganville, GA (Near the corner of Rosebud Road and US 78)
D Groups:
It is built into the DNA of Grace to have D groups. We offer them for every age group in the church. A d-group is a small group led by someone who wants to help you love Jesus and follow him. They meet at different times during the week. Contact the ministry contacts to get you started.
Missions:
We offer several options each year for those ready to take this important step in the life of a disciple. Go on one of our many adult missions trips or join us this winter as we go to the Gulf Coast to bring hope and hammers to the misplaced families of this region. More details on this trip are coming soon.
