Thanks for checking out our Praise and Worship ministry. Our goal is to be ever growing into a fuller understanding and expression of Biblical praise and worship, both corporately and as individuals. This journey involves music, teaching, mentoring, stretching, study, prayer, and countless other dimensions and disciplines as well.

 

We have a great group of musicians & technicians who give their time to make this ministry what it is. We also have quarterly auditions for anybody who's considering involvement. Coming in the Fall of 2008

 

Our Goal

We want to find 4 amazing, anointed, and available worship leaders who would take 6 months, spend 40 hours a week learning/training/growing as worship pastors, and then launching at the end of the program. It's basically an intensive discipleship program with a focus on worship leadership. We'll obviously be studying the Word, but also leadership itself, what it means to be a worship pastor, how we can improve and spur one another on to doing greater things, etc. We'll look at all aspects of our craft and anointing, from the pastoral to the practical (improving vocals, becoming better musicians, writers, etc). And my hope is that it's all done in the context of family, where we all do life together for several months. We'll travel some together, we'll lead together, write together, and namely seek the Lord together as we refine ourselves and the giftings God's put within us. 6 months or so, daily preparing ourselves and refining our anointing.
